Add execute permissions for group and others

Hi!

Is it possible to allow execution of the installed binaries to group and others? I came across this choice when I was trying to see why the original permissions of the upstream got altered 😅 .

I see that there is #267 that addresses this issue, although I'd prefer defaulting to the same set of execution permissions as the upstream —least-surprise option, IMO—.

Again, thx a lot for such an useful tool.
