Feature request: awscli

It would be really useful if bin would install the awscli tool, see the instructions here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/userguide/getting-started-install.html

I've not really looked at how easy it would be to integrate, but being able to say "bin install awscli://" would be amazing :)

Ignore this request, I've found a workaround... bin install docker://docker.io/amazon/aws-cli:latest aws

Bah, it doesn't drag credentials or settings through from the host OS when you use the docker variant.
