Plug the Pi into the car, computer, or other power source. Wait for it to boot and connect to your network. Use a web browser to navigate to the TeslaUSB web interface (e.g. http://teslausb.local) and find the recordings there. |

hi thanks for the quick reply. So i see the earliest clip from my drive home was at 13:17, where i left around 12:30 but i see nothing before this. I can see my some of my drive to this office this morning. Confused why this other footage seems lost |

Which tab in the web interface are you looking at? |

I am looking under the recordings tab. Under saved clips it starts at 13:20. Under recent recordings it starts at 13:17 which is only a minute or two too late. Before this it has sentry clips for 11:30 and 12:30ish. Then two 10 minute clips from the drive in the morning which i did not trigger. I am now thinking this is not an issue with teslausb and just what the car has decided to record. I did plug in the normal usb for the rest of the journey home and the car did not record anything on this (checked it was loaded correctly). I was just under the impression the car loop records the last hour but maybe this has changed? |
That sounds like you're in one of the countries where Tesla only keeps 10 minutes of RecentClips, but you didn't adjust the config accordingly. |

hi,
I have today witnessed an accident and did not immediately save the footage as there was an injury. When i got back to the car 15 minutes later I saved but this clip did it not show the accident.
I have pulled the pi out of the car as I was under the impression the car was saving a rolling hour of footage. I have plugged the pi into my computer and I am unable to find this hour. I have also tried just putting in the sd card.
Can anyone help or does it not save the last hour?
