Rather than assuming that TeslaUSB is struggling with something, it would be better to look at the diagnostics in the web interface (maybe even post them here) and figure out what's actually going on. I can't say whether disabling archiving will fix the problem you're seeing, because I don't know what's causing the problem you are seeing. |

After having my TeslaUSB in my car for a couple of months, I've noticed that the time it takes from when I power on the vehicle for it to recognize the TeslaUSB and start recording has doubled from about 25 seconds to a little over a minute.
My assumption is that TeslaUSB is struggling to archive and index older clips, possibly tapping out the CPU and preventing the car from mounitng gadget.
My question and possible solution: If I disable archiving, will this fix this issue and if I do disable it (archiving), will the TeslaUSB properly loop new recordings for RecentClips/Sentry/DashCam/Track etc., without me needing to manually reformat it when it fills up?
