I've read your paper: https://lab.puga.com.br/cog/#/. You're on the right track. I too have arrived at many of the same ideas that you have, and more. I started slowly at the end of January, and have picked up pace dramatically over the past 6 weeks or so on an entirely new Cognitive Operating System. My approach is significantly more ambitious and sophisticated. I'd love to chat more about your thoughts, and share my own. However, mine will not be open source, so I'm not willing to share too much here. I do think that if Cog is what you are looking for, I've got something you're really going to like, and I'd love to give you early access to explore and see what you can build with it.
