More types of agent policies

What about looking at TTC or the CIA entries?

For example:

• RandomGreedy

Randomly select actions that have no TTC cost. When those are compromised, pick only the cheapest actions, etc.

• RandomConfidential/RandomAvailiability/RandomIntegrity

Randomly select actions that cause a selected CIA impact. If no such actions exist in the action surface, pick random action.

• RandomWeighted

Handcraft weights for all steps of all assets and sample according to the weights.
