Fix: Unknown edge type contract in OntologyManager::isEdgeTypeAllowed() (issue #5689, #5649)
- Problem: Test
EntityTypeConstraintTests::ETC09_UnknownEdgeTypesexpected unknown edge types to be allowed on all class pairs (schema evolution fallback), but implementation was rejecting them when no axioms existed for the pair. - Resolution: Clarified and simplified contract to explicitly allow unknown edge types globally (schema-evolution fallback), supporting runtime introduction of new edge types without ontology schema updates.
