The following need addressed for the US Counties tab:
With CQ Magazine out of business, MARAC now awards the award.
The main USA-CA award rules are here: https://marac.org/documents/usa-ca-rules.pdf
There are multiple other awards on their website as well; out of scope for cloudlog but should be noted for anyone potentially interested. https://marac.org/pages/awards.htm
Award is given out in 500 county tiers (500, 1000, etc) up to the full 3077 that MARAC uses.
Tracking by band, mode would be nice to show too (these are awarded slightly differently, SSB is only awarded for the whole thing I believe; bands start at 1000 counties)
The USA-CA rules note and list the existence of independent cities in Virginia and how they relate to the award. LotW has these as locations; we can either ignore them or implement them like the award states (or list them as potential credits, etc. you get the idea)
Alaska uses their Judicial Districts for MARAC's awards. The various qrz/lotw locations (Nome, Denali, etc.) map out as shown on this website: https://www.qsl.net/kl7j/county.html
If we add mapping to cloudlog I have a geoJSON with these borders establisted.
