Changing a band's merch request from "Dedicated Merch Table" should remove their assigned tables

If a band chooses to sell merch through a dedicated table, we assign their group a table. If the band then later decides to use Rock Island services or not sell merch at all, we don't remove the tables from their group. So they still look like they've got tables.
