Differences from the original version

Hi. I would like to know what is the difference between your version and the original one written by 1tayH?

1tayH/noisy/#6 is fixed, 1tayH/noisy#37 is merged, the python version for the docker images were also changed to be always up-to-date (From python:2.7-alpine/python:2.7-slim-stretch to python:alpine) and lastly the config files were changed too

Just as @fireneat said. That is pretty much what changed in terms of the core code. Additional URLs and useragents were added as well. The CircleCI portion was added to continue doing automated builds to docker hub due to docker discontinuing automated builds for free account users.

@fireneat If you would like to help maintain this repo please let me know. I am running short on time and did have a few security updates I wanted to perform.
