Low traafic but high IO operations

Could you please explain why does noisy makes so much IO operations and a few network requests?

Reviewing the container on my environment it seems the logging is generating alot of noise. Are you writing to a file or just running the container?

If you want to limit logging you can use this in your compose which will only output warnings.

  noisy:

apt install python3-pip

docker build -t noisy .

  --network=docker-net-noisy-generator \

I made quite a few changes including reducing the logging. Can you try running in a reduced logging mode and see if that helps with the IO?

Block I/O to high again. Don't know... maybe I did something wrong? noisy configuration is default.

@ZMJGMADHPXWT I pushed quite a few more changes recently. Some good improvements overall, but the biggest one is reducing the default INFO logging. This should help you IO utilization quite a bit as well.
