Introduce the Lua module

Hi there,
I've been using your Docker image for Nginx with HTTP/3 support, and I truly appreciate the work you've done! I was wondering if you could consider adding the Lua module to the Nginx build in your Docker image. This would really help in implementing a dynamic IP whitelist feature.
If it's not something you plan to add, do you happen to have any existing solutions or recommendations for managing dynamic IP whitelisting with the current setup?

also, there has always been some error report as following:
