Reading #17 I want to request the ability to create overrides with the app

AutoPkgr has this... 😜

Hi @jby, click on the override button inline to create an override, or in the settings, toggle the option to automatically create an override for any recipe added.

Let me know if the text in the ReadMe doesn't make this clear enough,

Well, I'm not really sure what I see in the app. The list of recipes seems to be only the recipes I already have overrides for - and I can't find any search function to search for a specific recipe...
