[FR] Only overrides in the top level folder are detected

AutoPkg Wizard only detects overrides in the top level of the ~/Library/AutoPkg/RecipeOverrides folder.

AutoPkg itself will find and run overrides at least one level deep: ~/Library/AutoPkg/RecipeOverrides/subfolder

It would be nice if Wizard would look in subfolders as well.

Hi Kevin, thanks for the issue. The problem that this request could introduce is that Wizard doesn't just read overrides, it creates them. So if we read overrides in subfolders, we would also have to be able to write to those subfolders, and people using this structure would also expect the app to include a Finder-like folder list and a form of browsing. This introduces a fairly significant increase to the complexity of the app.

I could see an argument that only writing new overrides in the default location is an easily acceptable behavior. And if MacAdmins want to organizing them via the Finder later that is on them.
