fakewww (port 7123 on NDT server) tests fail in recent versions of the Chrome browser

It has been observed that testing against a direct URL for an M-Lab NDT server will fail in newer versions of Chrome. For example, attempting to run a test from here will fail: http://ndt.iupui.mlab1.iad04.measurement-lab.org:7123/

But if run from a browser where the connection is secure the test will succeed.

• Chrome, Ubuntu - Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)

This likely has nothing to do with being secure or not. The error message Chrome gives is:

ndt-wrapper-ww.js:11 Refused to execute script from 'http://ndt.iupui.mlab1.den01.measurement-lab.org:7123/ndt-browser-client.js' because its MIME type ('') is not executable.

Take the error at face value, it would appear that fakewww is simply not returning a MIME type for that file when the browser requests it, so Chrome refuses to make any assumptions about it's content based solely on the extension, and refuses to run it. Presumably this could be fixed by modifying fakewww to start correctly returning MIME types for every file it servers up, especially Javascript.

FYI: this still works in Firefox.
