measurements below 1Mbps displayed incorrectly

Reported by a user emailing support:
i think when one of my internet speeds are below 1 mb/s it shifts into kb/s ... but for the final display it will read "0.48 kb/s" when it should read "0.48 mb/s" or "480 kb/s"
