[FEATURE] make wiki instead of big readme

Reading the readme feels like a chore

Use github wiki after breaking the readme down into multiple pieces (i mean github wiki is one solution there are others)

Describe alternatives you've considered
i considered using desktop view.... but still it would be too much to read for readme
