[Bug] Core spike lag from playlist graphic #165

Description

@ShadowVoyd

Thanks for taking the time to file a bug.
Fill in what you can; if a section doesn't apply, feel free to remove it.

Your setup

  • SONE version: v0.20.0
  • Install source: Flatpak
  • Distro + version: EndeavourOS - Kernel 7.1.2-zen (Arch, rolling)
  • Desktop / session: Wayland KDE Plasma 6
  • GPU + driver: AMD RADV NAVI22

What went wrong?

Single core CPU spike from what appears to be software rendering of the background graphics at the top of any playlist

What did you expect to happen?

Consistent smoothness when scrolling through a list

How can we reproduce it?

  1. Click on any playlist or list that has an album cover or any graphic.
  2. Single CPU core spikes and lags the interface.
  3. Scrolling down the list makes the CPU spike stop and the application stops lagging.

One last thing

  • [ x ] I had a quick look through existing issues and didn't see this one already reported.
