hi, i test your code and find the the time of bin_conv_layer is nearly the same as conv_layer, have you ever test the speedup at run-time?

i test your code at cpu mode, i use cifar10 as experiments. in my experiment, i compare forward time of the layer "cl2" and "cl3" in both file "cifar_10_myquick_nor.h" and "cifar_10_myquick,.h", i found they are nearly the same
