First, well done ! I love this light weight app !
Here is some ideas...

Translate into french entirely (I can do it !)
Auto logon ? (connect to a saved FTP Server...maybe with command lines)
Hide/show left panel and horizontal toolbar (to look even more light weight...)
Edit saved profiles
...
