[Bug]: Microphone and Camera are not listed when connecting

Description

When leaving PixelEruv, I have mic and camera on.
When I come back, the switches are still on, but the menu only displays "Microphone" and "Camera" as options, not the detected hardware.

I have to disable and enable each of them to be able to use them

Moreover, audio output select is empty, and obtains content only after microphone has been enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable mic & camera
2. Reload the page
3. Click on "Menu"
