EC4 incompatibility errors:
1. Push button mode for encoders - what is presented as toggle in the editor is actually key on the device and vice versa. Workaround in the meantime is obvious.
2. High resolution NRPN - upper value for high resolution NRPN is not transmitted correctly. Somehow 3840 (30*128, 0000 1111 0000 00000, x0F00) is added to the entered value. Attempts to correct via entering negative values doesn't work. Only workaround at the moment is to be mindful and avoid overturning encoders too much out of range of the controlled device. Most likely affects CCAh and PBnd as well.
Minor editor annoyances:
1. Push buttons used as type Grp - when setting group numbers, the description above encoders says Channel instead of Group
2. NRPN macros - when setting NRPNs, macros work only on LSB, they don't work on MSB
3. Arrow values increment / decrement - it too easy to unknowingly mess up presets with the function of changing values with arrows. It would be nice to have some checkbox in the main interface to enable / disable this function.
4. Character set - also it would be nice if the special characters were displayed in the app the same way as they display on EC4. Right now, the app displays in my case the localized Windows keyboard characters (Czech), while the EC4 displays the German characters of corresponding keyboard buttons. (EC4 can handle more special characters that those that can be entered on the device itself. This is quite useful for example for adding hints for what the encoder push button does)
