play as A-B loop and problems with playback

"Click the timestamp link to play back the video. If end time exists, it will play as A-B loop" -- It doesn't actually work.
"The format of link is [[mpv:PATH#TIME][TIME]] or [[mpv:PATH#START-END][START -> END]]" -- For the first format option, playback begins from the beginning of the file, not from the specified timestamp. For the second option, playback begins with "START" but isn't terminated by "END"; it continues to the end.
