From looking at the code, it seems like the validators can decide to do what they want with the cards they receive. If a validator decides to send the token back to another user that would be possible and the user would no way to complain about it? Or am I missing something here?
If this is just due to the simple nature of the example, is there another example of Plasma cash in action that prevents dishonest validators?
