Cant run web browser although runing private network :8545

I had the same issue, first I changed the host to localhost:8545, the error was still there, I killed the processes a couple of times, kill -9 and stuff, and eventually it started working. I don't know which was the specific error but a couple of restarts/kills worked for me 🤷‍♂️
