Unicode characters not managed

Hi,
It is impossible to generate some characters by combining Alt key and digits.
For example Alt+0156 should give 'œ'.

This project is not for keystroke interpretation, it is for raising keyboard events only. The keystroke combination encoding depends on the keyboard language.

It does not depend on keyboard language. 'Shortcut' is working on US keyboard with US language.

I opened this issue because I have access to some characters with accents but not all of them ;)

Okay, I got it. What does this library has to do with that? It seems you think there is a bug somewhere but i don't catch it. Can you fix it?
