Alt Gr not well managed

Hi,
I am working on an azerty keyboard (french) and is not working at first sight.

I checked in code, AltGr is a combination of two keys but Ctrl state should not appear.

Why do you say it is not well managed? How should the AltGr be managed? Feel free to send a pull request with a fix (if this is broken in some way) and I would merge it.
