Wayfinder: New Position QML implementation slice

Question

Replace the current mock-only path with the production New Position QML flow and wire it to backend state.

Done when the user can select wallet token holdings, choose fee tier, see pool status, enter valid deposits, preview results, submit, and see clear success/error states.

Implemented in PR #210 by commit 7f88fd0. The mock flow was replaced with production QML for token selection, canonical/display order mapping, fee-tier disabling and tooltips, active and missing pool inputs, balance validation, LP/account preview, confirmation, submission progress, and persistent transaction-hash success state.
