I've managed to solve this using the patch-package, until we await the update to be published

Required Changes

Edit node_modules/react-native-exit-app/RNExitApp.podspec:

Replace:

s.dependency "React-Codegen"
s.dependency "React-RCTFabric"
s.dependency "RCT-Folly"
s.dependency "RCTRequired"

With:

s.dependency "React-Codegen"
s.dependency "React-RCTFabric"
if ENV['RCT_USE_PREBUILT_RNCORE'] != '1' then
  s.dependency "RCT-Folly"
end
s.dependency "RCTRequired"

Generate the Patch

After making the changes, run:

npx patch-package react-native-exit-app

You're welcome @bhavesh-lw ... By the way, the temporary fix I provided above only addresses the pod install issue, but during the compilation, we can still get this build error.
