Proot Meta Files messing up the proot, causing pacman, makepkg etc to break

Hii,
I run LocalDesktop on my Samsung A22 5G - Oneui ROM, android 13.

I went to try and install Yay, and it complains about these .proot-meta-files.
What's the go here?

This issue was happening with makepkg aswell, but i got past that by modifying makepkg lol
