Instructions have invalid DDL

Trying to import the zcta_county_map data fails w/ error - Overflow (Integer valid range -2147483648 to 2147483647)

For coarea which is typed as an integer but has value 5250711840

Also got the same error w/ coarealand and areapt columns so far.

Got an overflow w/ copoppct which is of type NUMERIC(4,2) & failed on a value of 100.
