Document attributes added to graphs for each metric/error computation

Description

For folks to successfully iterate through our annotated graphs they need information about what attributes are added to nodes/edges by each error annotation step and how that can be interpreted. We should add a section to the docs that describes each attribute on nodes and edges, taking particular care to highlight that skip edge TPs/FPs/FNs are annotated separately.
