Use the public GitHub issue tracker for reproducible bugs, feature requests, and documentation gaps.
Before opening an issue:
- check the root
README.md - check
packages/headless/README.mdfor WorkPaper API usage - run the smallest command that reproduces the problem
- include the package name, version, Node version, OS, and exact workbook or formula input when possible
Good support requests include:
- a minimal workbook or script
- expected and actual values
- command output or failing test names
- whether the issue affects
@bilig/headless,@bilig/core,@bilig/formula, the browser app, sync, or the grid UI
Do not use public support channels for secrets, private workbook data, or
suspected vulnerabilities. Follow SECURITY.md for those reports.
Commercial support, paid SLAs, and private implementation consulting are not offered from this repository at this time.
