Manager reports "This plugin is incompatible with this version of QGIS",
with the plugin designed for QGIS 3.16.0 - 3.99.0.
Related to #238, which reports the same on 4.0.0-Norrkoping. Raising
separately to confirm it is still present on the current 4.2.x release.
