Good afternoon, this plugin was originally developed for version 1.21+, i think on 1.20 it doesn't work.

but you can always change the spigot version to 1.20.1 in the pom.yml and rebuild.
I think it will take almost no changes to the code for the plugin to assemble for the version you need.
