export outputs

Optional feature in pz-compute afterburner to export outputs with 3 options:

1. Ingest into postgres db and register on mydb to be accessible via user query and jupyetr.
2. Move to project area in Lustre T1 with respective logs and metadata files.
3. (if outputs in HATS format (future rail's feature)) Move to /datasets/hats directory on NAS storage and make it available via lsdb.io@LIneA.
