Talisman should turn on my Sonos if not on

When entering the vicinity of my home Sonos, Talisman should turn on my "preferred playlist" if the following conditions are true:

• I've configured Talisman to connect to my Sonos
• I've configured Talisman to connect to my home wifi
• the nearest Sonos speaker is not currently playing music
