Desktop Fences + should remain visible when minimize all windows

[beckhj]

Minimizing all windows (click in the bottom right corner of the screen) minimizes all windows – including those from "Desktop Fences +".

These windows should either remain open or be automatically displayed on the desktop.

For now the only alterative is to use the WIN + D key combination which Desktop Fences + can detect and handle

This will be handled on v2.7.8.xxx
