icons become blurry compared to the normal Windows desktop.

Hi, thanks for this great project.

I found an issue on Windows 11 with a 4K monitor.
When desktop icons are placed inside DesktopFences, the icons and text become noticeably blurry compared to the normal Windows desktop.

Environment:

• Windows 11
• 4K resolution
• Display scaling: 200% (also tested with 100%)
• Latest version of DesktopFences

Symptoms:

• Icons outside DesktopFences look sharp
• Icons inside DesktopFences look blurry/fuzzy
• Text rendering also appears less clear
• The issue becomes more obvious on high-DPI displays

It seems related to DPI scaling or the way DesktopFences redraws/caches desktop icons.

I tested:

• High DPI compatibility settings
• Disabling fullscreen optimization
• Rebuilding icon cache

But the problem still exists.
