chore: Pin down the pathway to sponsor tx on Likecoin ecosystem

• Setup an EIP-7702 sponsor PoC with alchemy gas station
• Metamask doesn't support arbitrary EIP7702 as per (alchemy doc)[https://www.alchemy.com/docs/wallets/transactions/using-eip-7702], need to sort out the way
• Check how the magic support of 7702, as it will be the majority user who need sponsor tx: adds send 7702 transaction magiclabs/magic-js#1030
