🔧 fix(build): set macOS deployment target to 10.15 for llama-cpp-sys-2

llama-cpp-sys-2 uses std::filesystem::path which requires macOS 10.15+.
The default CMake target was 10.13, causing C++ compilation failures.

Export both MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET and CMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET
before cargo tauri build to ensure the C++ dependency compiles correctly.
