Replacer for Forge Classic

I realized that you added support for reForge and I'm thankfull that you still support this great Replacer tool. Would it be possibe to add support to Forge NEO as well? reForge has issues with Sketch in inpaint so I moved to Forge NEO and just installed Replacer but unfortunately it doesn't work. It isn't even shown as an extension in the bar above.

It was a different guy who made a pull request with reforge compatibility. Maybe for forge neo somone can also make a fix, but I'm not planning to do it

Btw as I know forge neo is based on gradio 4, but reforge, automatic's etc are based on gradio 3. There were a ton of breaking changes between 3 and 4, so it is a very complicated task, that will require a separate project, or 2 different branches (classic and neo like in reforge)

So realistically I think nobody will do this. Especially when the whole workflow "dino + sam + sd" is obsolete, because image editing models and even video editing models exist nowadays

Btw the developer of forge neo/classic positions the neo (gradio 4) branch for people with more capable hardware, so if you use it, it implies you can run qwen, flux etc. But if you want to use sdxl/sd1.5, you should use classic. And classic is based on gradio 3 which is compatible with my extension. So forge neo users essentially don't need replacer because qwen image edit can do the same natively. But if someone prefers the layout and ui of replacer, but wants it for qwen, they can take a look at my mcww ui extension for comfy

Thank you for your answer but I used Forge classic the whole time and the only reason for me to go to Forge NEO or reForge was Replacer. It simply doesn't show up in Forge classic. I used it in a1111 regulary. Here's the error message:

About your logs, I see it's related to api, what is very strange, because it's a separate thing from the GUI and from the main project API. Maybe it uses a newer version of fast api library. Probably the logs are from neo, because gradio 4 has different fast api

At the very beginning, I used A1111, which is known to be far too old. However, I kept it until today because it was the only application that supported Replacer. When I switched to Forge Classic, the first Forge, Replacer didn't work in it (my error log comes from there). I also have Forge NEO and reForge to see if Replacer works. It only works in reForge, but I have problems with Inpaint and Sketch (not part of Replacer), which prevent me from switching to reForge permanently. To clarify again: The error log is from the first Forge (Classic).

I see forge classic has this option, but neo - doesn't: https://github.com/Haoming02/sd-webui-forge-classic/blob/classic/modules/shared_options.py Ctrl+F for "img2img_editor_height". The branch classic/neo is selected on top of the page

So you are using neo version, which is gradio 4. If you want to use classic, you should switch the branch using git checkout classic command
