Hi, this project looks excellent.
html-ppt-skill clearly solves HTML presentation authoring very well, but one downstream gap still shows up in business workflows: some receiving teams only want an editable .pptx.
A useful optional workflow could be:
- render the final HTML deck to PDF or slide screenshots
- run a reconstruction step
- output an editable PPTX with real text boxes and movable assets
I'm working on an open-source project for exactly that gap:
slide-alchemy
This would not replace HTML authoring. It would add a last-mile PowerPoint handoff for teams that love HTML decks but still collaborate in PowerPoint / WPS.
