Improve device incompatibility diagnostics

Having an incompatible GPU results in [FATAL] --- [2026-01-23 15:51:06] [gpu_vulkan.odin:431:_init()] Vulkan failure: ERROR_EXTENSION_NOT_PRESENT, panic, and no further info. It would be nice if the user got to know what exactly is missing

Added better messages with ece7e50, I guess now the only thing missing is device features.
