Slower than old Xtrlock

I use it with a shortcut in kde arch linux. It takes up at least 0.5 seconds more to load.

(I know is not a "so technical issue" but I would like to know at least the reason.)
(The good thing is that it seems you've fixed what xtrlock was doing everytime: printing my linux user's pw every tot seconds in my active window.)
