We reject this bug, since we believe the term "mainstream OS" to be common knowledge for anyone using/coming across our application.

Reason for disagreement: Based on your description of target users, it is not clearly defined who will be using your application. It could be children who likes to play retro-style games on their computer. Furthermore, there is another possibility where the older generations are interested in retro-style games as well. They (older gen, children) might not be aware of what "mainstream OS" is, hence, I still believe that it would have been better to define it.

If you look at AB3's DG, they did define what mainstream OS is.
