An option for xclarity Admin Console certificate update

Currently the web UI is cumbersome to operate every 90 days (maximum life of a let's encrypt certificate)

Have an option for viewing the certificate, also calculating and displaying the number days to go.
Have an option for updating the certificate.
Have an option for creating and downloading the initial CSR.

I currently am updating from 4.1.0 to 4.3.0, in case that is relevant.
