What happened?

我安装了 PromptHub 之后，使用了一段时间，我有自己定期 手动 ( vim ) 编辑 ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md 规则文件

后面发现，CLAUDE.md 文件，总是会回到我之间的版本，后面发现是 PromptHub 修改的 (~/Library/Application Support/PromptHub/data/rules/global/claude/CLAUDE.md)

What did you expect?

不要有这种自动修改的行为，或者这种形式可选的

Steps to reproduce

1. 打开 PromptHub
2. 关闭 PromptHub
3. vim ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md
4. 打开 PromptHub
5. 观察 ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md

已完成当前代码核对并保持本 Issue 为 open：普通 Rules materialization/读取会比较 managed copy 与外部文件并标记 out-of-sync，不会直接写入已有 target。因此还需要按本 Issue 的“关闭 App → 外部编辑 → 重新打开”步骤，在当前构建中定位究竟是哪条延迟 WebDAV/self-hosted restore 或其他启动调用触发了覆盖。它可能与 #210 的导入路径相关，但在调用证据完成前不会直接按 duplicate 合并。\n\n
