[Request(?)] Sound that plays when decelerating train reaches a complete stop

I put "?" in the tag because I thought I had found a sound.xml/cfg option for this awhile ago but I can't seem to find it now or remember what it was.

Either way, I'm trying to reproduce the transient braking sound that happens once one of San Diego's Siemens LRVs comes to a complete stop (example at around 7:49 here). I've configured the train for five brake notches and added this as a motor sound, so either the sound loops a few times when coming to a stop with light braking or gets cut off when coming to a stop with full brakes. It would be helpful to have a sound that plays a single time when a decelerating train reaches a complete stop.

I can't think of / see anything existing that does this.

Let me think a bit; It;s easy enough to add, but wants adding as something that's generally useful not just for one train.

Thanks. I'm not sure why I remember there being an option like this. Perhaps I misunderstood Correct, I'm not sure...

Regardless, that seems reasonable. This is my first pass at creating a train using new audio, so I might just need to play around with how I edit and align the motor sounds, probably by compromising and using a part that sounds more natural looped.
