not sure if you already noticed, but cran unfortunately took down metaskat package: https://cran.r-project.org/package=MetaSKAT

would you be able to have a look on it?

Package ‘MetaSKAT’ was removed from the CRAN repository.
Formerly available versions can be obtained from the archive.
Archived on 2020-10-02 as check issues were not corrected in time.
The most recent check results can be obtained from the check results archive.
